Heating and air conditioning

Heating

The apartment is heated by a floor heating system, to regulate the temperature you have to use the thermostat which is located on the wall in the living room. The thermostat has a touch screen and you can operate by increasing or decreasing the temperature.

If despite this the heating does not work, check that the water heater is turned on. You may have accidentally pressed the button in the kitchen near the withe tube (it looks like a light switch).

Air conditioning

The apartment is also equipped with an air conditioning system which can be used with the dedicated remote control.

Water Heater

If the temperature does not increase and the water in the kitchen/bathroom is cold it may be necessary to fix the water heater which is located in the kitchen on the right inside a white closet. Check the pressure which should be equal or higher than 1 bar. 

If the pressure is lower than 1 bar check the lower part of the water heater and find the black knob to regulate water pressure, turn the knob until the pressure is 1 bar.
