In case of a cut power you have to check the counter. Check if the levers are facing upwards. If not, push up the lowered lever.
If the problem persists you need to go to the basement (go down the inner stairs).
The counter of the apartment is the one named “Nevegal” as shown in the picture.
Push the blue lever upwards.
