Timetable

Check-In from 6:00 PM (you can request to anticipate it based on the availabilities of the structure)

Check-Out until 10:00 AM (you can request to posticipate it based on the availabilities of the structure)

Please note that based on the changes to the check-in and check-out the structure may ask you to pay an extra

Check-In Preparation

You will receive a link from our staff to complete the online check-in process, where you will be asked for guest details, identity documents, and other information required to complete the check-in. At the end of the process, you will receive any necessary codes for key collection from the security boxes via email.

We accept the following payment methods, if you haven’t already paid on airbnb/booking:

1. Bank Transfer (IBAN: IT67B3609201600117565484666 - Addressed to: AC Technologies SAS - Description: Reservation payment ***add your name***)

1. Online payment (you can request it during the check-in)

The city tax in Belluno is 2 € for each person and for each night up to a maximum of 15 nights. You can pay with the following methods:

1. Online payment (you can request it during the check-in)

You will access the apartment using an application on your phone. We will authorize the telephone number used during the booking (if you do not ask to change it)

There are 2 ways to enter: digital and physical keys.

2. Insert the EXACT SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER shared with the apartment host in the next screen

Insert the code that you received via SMS (attention, the system automatically send the message after you complete step 2)

4. The phone is now authorized to open the entrance and apartment door. By pressing the key in the next screen, you can put your phone near the doors’ readers (on the left side) and access the structure

How to find the apartment

The apartment is located in Via Caffi,99 32100 Belluno (BL)”.

Via Caffi is a one-way street, once you enter pay attention and look to the right, at one point you will see a kebab shop. The apartment building is located within that street.

To access the building use your phone with EnterPlease app as previously instructed

The “Marmolada” apartment is on the fourth floor, the left door. To access please use your phone as previously instructed.

Once in the apartment you will find a frame on the wall in which you can find:

1. Magnetic card to access the apartment

1. Garbage magnetic card

Insert the magnetic card in the reader to activate the apartment’s electricity

Physical keys Check-In

If the Enterplease system does not work we have placed a set of physical keys of the apartment in a safety box located near the garage. To open the safety box insert insert the code that you find in this section of the link we have send you in the first message in the box with number 2 and pull down the leverage as shown in the picture.

Once you get the keys please undo the code to lock it.

When you terminate your stay please put the keys again in the safety box and undo the code to lock it.

Check-Out

Leave the keys and the magnetic cards on the frame

Please leave the city tax on the living room’s table

Close the door when you leave the apartment

In case of emergencies between 1.00 pm and 8.00 am and on the weekend, please do not use WhatsApp, but call the number +39 351 910 8399 directly.

Car Park

The blue spots in front of the building are free from 7 pm to 8 am and from 1 pm to 3 pm. Otherwise they cost 1,50/hour. You can leave your car there for a maximum of 2 hours.

It’s possible to park in a garage, it costs € 10 a day; ask if you’re interested.
