Heating and Water

If the heating is not working or the water is cold, please follow these steps:

Find the thermostat

There are two thermostats: one in the kitchen area and one in the bathroom. Please check the temperature. If needed, you can press the area marked with the red arrow to activate the “boost” mode, which will warm up the room more quickly.

If this is still not sufficient, the problem may be solved by following the next steps.

Check the water heater

In the bathroom, you will find the boiler. Please check the display to ensure there are no error messages and that the number shown is between 1 and 2. If it is not, follow the instructions on the right.

Increase the pressure

Below the boiler, you will see a blue knob. Please turn it slowly until the number on the screen reaches 1.5.
