Heating and air conditioning

Use the button “On/Off” to turn on or off the heating.

Use the button “+” and “-” to increase or decrease the room temperature (please note that increasing the temperature won’t turn on the heat, instead the degrees defined are the threshold under which the heating devices turn on.

Please note that the thermostat does not work if you do not put the magnetic card in the card reader located at the entrance 

During winter, if the temperature does not increase, please check the radiator and try to turn the knob to make the water pass.

There are remote controls for the air conditioning.

Hot water

If the water does not become hot it will be necessary to check the boiler; it is located externally on the kitchen terrace. On the wall next to the sink there is a display where the errors and the steps to be taken to resolve them are indicated.
