If the heating is not working properly or you only have cold water, please follow these steps:
You will find the thermostat pictured on the wall at the entrance of the apartment.
Please make sure the temperature is set correctly and that no error messages appear on the screen.
If no error messages appear on the thermostat screen, please proceed with the following steps.
You will find the boiler outside on the terrace, which can be accessed from the living room.
Please check that the gauge needle in the marked area is set between 1 and 2.
Below the boiler, you will find a blue valve. Open it slowly until the pressure needle goes back between 1 and 2.
