Check-In Preparation

You will receive a link from our staff to complete the online check-in process, where you will be asked for guest details, identity documents, and other information required to complete the check-in. At the end of the process, you will receive any necessary codes to access the apartment.

1. We accept the following payment methods, if you haven’t already paid on airbnb/booking:

2. The city tax in Belluno is 2 € for each person and for each night up to a maximum of 15 nights. You can pay with the following methods:

3. You will access the apartment using an application on your phone. We will authorize the telephone number used during the booking (if you do not ask to change it)

1.  Download the EnterPlease APP from the store on your phone:

The entrance to access the structure is located on a road that is not very busy but where cars often run. We suggest approaching at a reduced speed so that you can set the turn signal at the right time to turn. 

Arriving from Belluno you will find a sign indicating "PRIMO Ristorante", a little further on you wiil find the entrance to the road.

Following the road you will arrive directly at the structure and you can park in the area in front of it. The entrance is on the front next Primo Ristorante".

 Once you enter the room you will find a white panel in which a white magnetic card has been placed. To activate the electricity in the apartment you must insert the magnetic card in the special reader located near the door, the card will also allow you to access your room.

Kitchen use is available only upon request with at least 48 hours' notice. Kitchen is located on the second floor.

Emergency Check-In

If the Enterplease system does not work we have placed a set of physical keys of the room in a safety box located near the stairs. To open the safety box insert the code that you find in the first message we have sent to you and pull down the black leverage. Once you got the keys close the safety box and undo the code to lock it.

When you terminate your stay please put the keys again in the safety box, close it and undo the code to lock it.

Check-out

1. Remove the magnetic card from the reader and place it in the panel where it was found

2. Leave the tourist tax on the desk 

3. Close the door when leaving the room making sure it does not remain open
