Check-In Preparation
You will receive a link from our staff to complete the online check-in process, where you will be asked for guest details, identity documents, and other information required to complete the check-in. At the end of the process, you will receive any necessary codes to access the apartment.
We accept the following payment methods, if you haven’t already paid on airbnb/booking:

Online payment (you can request it during the check-in)
The city tax in Belluno is 2 € for each person and for each night up to a maximum of 15 nights. You can pay with the following methods:

Online payment (you can request it during the check-in)

The apartment is located in Via Augusto Buzzati, 97 32100 Visome (BL)”.
Once you arrive at the apartment you can leave your car in one of the following parking lots. If they are both occupied feel free to park where you find a spot.
The entrance is on the opposite side of the parking.
To enter the front door of the apartment building, just ring the door bell "Cavallo" and the door will open.
The apartment is on the second floor, the door right near the stairs (on the right).
On the doorjamb you will find a black keypad, insert the code that you find in this section of the link we have send you in the first message (all lights must be blue) and press the white arrow, the door will open. To close it when you leave, just press the white arrow.
In case the system fails, physical keys are available. The keys of the apartment are in a safety box located in the garage. You can go into the garage as shown in the picture below, where you will find the safety boxes. To open the “Cavallo” safety box insert the code that you find in this section of the link we have send you in the first message and pull down the leverage as shown in the pictures.
Once you got the keys please close the safety box and undo the code to lock it.
Once you terminate your stay, please leave the keys in the safety box. When you insert the keys, ensure to close the safety box and undo the code to lock the box.
