Power failure

If the electricity isn't working it may be because the magnetic card is not inserted in the black reader. The white magnetic card is placed in the white board near the entrance of the apartment as shown in the picture below. The white magnetic card then needs to be placed in the black reader.

In case of a power cut you have to check the counter, behind the door of the corridor (near the bedrooms). Check if the levers are facing upwards. If not, push up the lowered lever.

If the problem persists you need to go to the counter room on the basement. ( “S” button in elevator).

The key of the counter room is on the white board at the entrance.

The counter of the apartment is the first of the line named “Caneve”, as shown in the picture. Push the black lever upwards.  

If the solution is not among the first steps, please push up the lever named “Geom.Caneve” of the last counter as shown in the picture.
