• Dining:

  • Breakfast: From 7:30 to 9:30 AM. Buffet with local products (homemade cakes, yoghurt, cured meats, cheeses).
    - Dinner: Served at 7:00 PM (half-board, with a set menu that changes daily).

• House Rules:

  • Smoking: Prohibited throughout the property.
    - Pets: Allowed, with a €10 supplement for the final cleaning.
    - Quiet hours: Required from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

🚨 Emergency Procedures

These procedures are designed to resolve critical issues, ideally without disturbing the owner during the night.

• Power Outage: If there is a loss of electricity, the procedure is to contact Maria directly at +39 392 377 8083.

• Heating and Hot Water:
  - The refuge uses electric radiators.

  • For temperature adjustment or hot-water issues, please contact Maria.

• Water Leaks or Flooding: Close the main valve (if accessible) and call Maria immediately.

• Key/Access Problems: If a guest is locked out or loses their keys, they should contact the emergency number provided (+39 392 377 8083).

• Medical Emergencies:

  • Call 112 for serious emergencies.

  • A first-aid kit is available at the bar/reception.

  • The nearest pharmacy is in Arabba.
