Check-In: From 6:00 PM (18:00) (Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability)

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (Please return the physical keys to the lockbox if they were collected there)

Check-In Preparation

If you haven’t already done so, we kindly ask you to complete the online check-in or send the identification documents for all guests via WhatsApp, email, or through the booking platform.

Tourist Tax Payment

Stays in Belluno require the payment of a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to a maximum of 15 nights). This must be paid separately from the accommodation cost. If you have not already paid it, our staff will request the payment.

Arrival at the Property

Upon arrival, you can park in one of the spaces adjacent to the apartment building. To access the property, please follow the directions shown in the images below.

Apartment access

To enter the building, simply ring the doorbell labeled with your apartment's name, and the door will open automatically.

The Nevegal apartment is located on the first floor, first door on the left.

Physical key collection (in case of malfunction)

Should the keypad malfunction, the keys can be found in a safety lockbox located in the garage. You can go down the ramp, where you will find four lockboxes in the position shown.

To open the lockbox:

1. Enter the code provided during check-in.

2. Push the black lever down and pull to open.

At the end of your stay: Please return the keys to the lockbox as you did during check-in. Make sure to scramble the code once the box is closed to ensure the lock is secure.

Check-Out

1. Leave the physical keys, the magnetic card, and the waste disposal card (inside the apartment).

2. Close the door firmly behind you when leaving.
