Check-In: From 3:00 PM (15:00) (Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability)

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (Please return the physical keys to the lockbox if they were collected there)

Check-In Preparation

If you haven’t already done so, we kindly ask you to complete the online check-in or send the identification documents for all guests via WhatsApp, email, or through the booking platform.

Tourist Tax Payment

Stays in Belluno require the payment of a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to a maximum of 15 nights). This must be paid separately from the accommodation cost. If you have not already paid it, our staff will request the payment.

Arrival and parking

Upon arrival, you can park in one of the spaces adjacent to the apartment building (please note: these are not reserved and may be occupied), marked with the "Ca Dolomia" sign (labeled 1 and 2 in the photo).

Alternatively, you can use the garage (one parking space in the "Caneve" area).

🚗 The garage is located on the left side of the building; the specific space is marked with the name "Caneve."

⚠️ Please note: The parking space is very narrow.

Apartment access

The apartment is located on the ground floor, the first door on the left.

The keys are kept in a safety lockbox inside the wooden mailbox located next to the building’s main entrance door. 📮 The mailbox is labeled with the name “Caneve” (bottom left).

🔐 To open it:

1. Enter the code provided in your check-in email.

2. Push the black lever down.

3. Retrieve the keys.

4. Close the lockbox and scramble the code to lock it.

5. Close the mailbox.

Parking Access 🅿️ Inside the lockbox, you will also find the keys for the parking gate. The gate is the large one on the right. Your assigned parking space is the one marked "Caneve."

 Check-Out

1. Leave the physical keys in the keybox

2. Close the door with the key when you leave
