Where to collect the keys

The keys must be collected at Via Caffi, 99, 32100 Belluno (BL). Once you enter the street, keep an eye on the right-hand side; at a certain point, you will see a kebab shop.

Apartment location

The apartment is in Via San Pietro 4, 32100 Belluno (BL)

Key Collection

The physical keys are located on the left side of the building, near the garage.

The lockbox for your apartment is labeled "Il Moretto."

🔐 The code was shared in the email or message you received after completing the check-in process.

How to open it:

Enter the code.
Push down the black lever.
Pull to open.

Schedule

Check-In: From 6:00 PM (18:00) (Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability)

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (Please return the physical keys to the lockbox if they were collected there)

(Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability)

Note: Depending on the requested variations, a surcharge may apply as indicated by the property.

Check-In Preparation

If you haven’t already done so, we kindly ask you to complete the online check-in or send the identification documents for all guests via WhatsApp, email, or through the booking platform.

Tourist Tax Payment

Stays in Belluno require the payment of a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to a maximum of 15 nights). This must be paid separately from the accommodation cost. If you have not already paid it, our staff will request the payment.

Check-Out

Leave the physical keys, the magnetic card, and the waste disposal card (inside the apartment).
