The apartment is located at Via Caffi, 99, 32100 Belluno (BL). Once you enter, keep an eye on the right-hand side; at a certain point, you will see a kebab shop. The apartment building is located down that street.

Check-In: From 6:00 PM (18:00) (Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability)
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (Please return the physical keys to the lockbox if they were collected there)

If you haven’t already done so, we kindly ask you to complete the online check-in or send the identification documents for all guests via WhatsApp, email, or through the booking platform.

Stays in Belluno require the payment of a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to a maximum of 15 nights). This must be paid separately from the accommodation cost. If you have not already paid it, our staff will request the payment.

Key collection
To access the apartment, you will need to collect the physical keys. These are located on the left side of the building, near the garage.
The lockbox for your apartment is Number 1.

How to open it:
Enter the code.
Push down the black lever.
Pull to open.
How to access the apartment
To enter, please go to the entrance shown in the photo. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is the door on the right (labeled "Civetta").
Electricity activation
Once you enter the apartment, you will need to retrieve the white magnetic card located in the white panel at the entrance.
📌 Insert the card into the black reader shown in the photo to activate the power in the apartment.
🔑 This card can also be used as an alternative to the physical keys to open both the building’s main entrance and the apartment door.

If for any reason you are unable to use the physical keys, you can follow this procedure to enable your smartphone to open the doors.
Download the "ENTER PLEASE" app on your smartphone:
Follow these steps:
Enter the phone number used for your booking.
You will receive an activation SMS for the virtual keys.
Your phone is now enabled to open the doors.
Enter the SAME PHONE NUMBER used for your booking or provided to Appartamenti delle Alpi on the following screen.
Enter the confirmation code sent via SMS to the phone number provided (please note: the message is sent automatically by the access system once Step 2 is completed).
Your phone is now enabled to open both the building’s main entrance and the apartment door. After tapping the key icon, hold your phone near the reader located to the left of the doors to gain access (the readers are illustrated in the following section).
