Stays in Belluno require the payment of a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to a maximum of 15 nights). This must be paid separately from the accommodation cost. If you have not already paid it, our staff will request the payment.

Property access
Access to the apartment is managed via a smart home system. Upon arrival at the apartment, please ring the doorbell shown in the photo.

At the entrance, you will need to turn on the building (communal) light. Please note that the light does not turn off automatically; kindly remember to turn it off before entering the apartment.
The apartment is located on the third and top floor.
How to enter: Enter the code provided during check-in on the black keypad.
How to lock the door: When leaving the apartment, press the small arrow at the bottom right of the keypad to lock the door.

Should the smart home system malfunction, the keys can be collected at Via Caffi, 99, 32100 Belluno (BL). Once you enter the street, keep an eye on the right-hand side; at a certain point, you will see a kebab shop.
Key collection
The physical keys are located on the left side of the building, near the garage.
The lockbox for your apartment is labeled "Mezzaterra 40".
